Suffering from a malfunction, problem or just a user question? This can sometimes happen, when this happens we at Interforce want to help you as quickly as possible and solve it. Unlimited support is included with every Interforce cloud solution, so don't hesitate to use it. This can be done via the customer portal, by e-mail or by telephone.

for remote assistance (on request from a support employee)

If there are problems with an Interforce solution, we can investigate the problem by means of screen transfer and in most cases solve it immediately.
