Infogroen develops professional software for gardeners, landscapers, tree and even cleaning companies. With their solutions Groenvision and Cleanvision, they provide fully integrated business software, with which many daily processes can be automated. Think of relationship and project management, order processing and finance.

Infogroen fully provides its customers with the automation process, from information to installation, training and support.

John Willemsen, commercial director, is responsible for the larger accounts with many users. “We provide our services to customers who work independently, but also to companies with 1,200 employees,” said John. With every new prospect, John and his team look at the best bet for Groenvision, including the underlying technology and hosting. John notices that more and more customers already rely on the power of the cloud, but it can also be a choice to install on-premise. For the part in the cloud, Infogroen has been working with Interforce Networks for years. The combination of Cloud Application with the Groenvision software has been a success from the start. By thinking along in the initial phase of development and constantly developing it, Groenvision is seamlessly integrated into Interforce's cloud environment.

The long-term relationship between Infogroen and Interforce goes further than just providing cloud solutions and private or shared servers. John sees Interforce more as a strategic partner and with Infogroen he is actually a reseller of the Interforce Cloud Application solution.

The good thing about this special collaboration is the trust that John has developed over the years. “There are many providers who seem to do the same thing, but they scare you when you read the fine print. Interforce has proven that they go a step further and therefore you develop a win-win situation.” A good example is a challenge that seemed to involve a hosting issue, but due to good research and cooperation from Interforce, they were able to advise Infogroen on improvements in the software. In this way, both companies are responsible for each other. “It is primarily about the technology and it just has to be good and always available. In addition, we tackle the gray areas that are insurmountable in such collaboration.”

John notices that there is still an upward trend in Interforce's services, in every area. In the event of problems, appropriate action is taken and it is ensured that it can no longer occur or that it is clear to all parties what is going on and what the solution is.
